Saturday, April 10

7:00 – Vendor, Athlete, Entertainers, and Staff Gate opens – Gate #3    on Paul Russell Rd.

9:00 – Public Gates open – Public Gate #10:  Tram Rd. Parking Lot

VIP (Sponsors) Gate #3:  1st Gate off  S. Monroe on Paul Russell Rd.

Athletic competition, vendors, entertainment, and clan areas open.

12:00 – Opening Ceremonies -  Parade of color guard, massed pipe bands, clans and Honored Clan and Honored Guests.  Opening Ceremonies.

5:00 – Festival Closes
